The Ivory Trade Ban is failing. Many poachers are ignoring it. This is
because the money for ivory went up, making the poachers want to poach even more. IFAW still seize some shipments of ivory,
but they don't worry about it as much anymore. Elephants are dying out, and they need rescue groups to help, again...
